Payment Options
Domestic Orders: We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover and bank wire transfers. Our bank wire information will be included on your invoice for your convenience. Please note that your billing address and shipping address must match for us to proceed with processing your order.
International Orders: A bank wire transfer is the required form of payment. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with the appropriate wire instructions to complete and confirm your order. You will have 48 hours from the date of web order to complete payment. Our prices are shown in US Dollars and we will charge your account in US Dollars. The bank you use to send your wire transfer will determine the exchange rate.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are to be applied at checkout, valid for one-time use applied to one order. Certain discount codes may only be valid for a specific noted amount of time, and will expire thereafter. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code towards a prior purchase that was placed before the discount code was issued or became valid for use. If you placed an order while in possession of a valid discount code but erroneously neglected to enter the code at time of order, please contact us at the same day the order was placed to see about applying the discount code to that order. If you do not contact us the same day the order was placed, we cannot guarantee being able to apply the discount code. Discount codes cannot be combined, and discount codes cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards or timepieces.
Production lead time for fine jewelry
In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. Made-to-order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be provided to you via email when the order has been sent. Should you require a made-to-order or out of stock item to be expedited, please contact us and we will prioritize your order to the fullest extent we are able.
Production lead time for custom jewelry
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks after finalizing the agreed upon design.
Web order cancellations
Ammrada will extend a grace period of up to 24 hours after a web order has been placed, during which time a web order cancellation can be made. After the 24 hours following the placement of a web order, the order will no longer be valid for cancellation and will be processed as ordered. ALL BESPOKE PIECES ARE FINAL SALE, NON-RETURNABLE..
General jewelry care
Creating fine, handmade jewelry to the Ammrada standard means using precious metals, the finest diamonds, and one of a kind gemstones, and our brand partners hold a similar level of standard. As such our fine jewelry should be cared for thoughtfully, which includes:
Remove your fine jewelry pieces before showering, applying lotions, fragrances, self tanner, hair dye, or any other cosmetic products that may contain oils and/or chemicals.
Remove your fine jewelry before working with chemicals or harsh solutions such as cleaning and laundry products.
Remove your fine jewelry before engaging in strenuous activities including but not limited to exercising, lifting heavy objects or bags, supporting your body during yoga, or any other activity that includes heavy handwork.
Remove your fine jewelry before swimming, whether it be in a saltwater ocean, freshwater lake, or chlorinated pool.
Remove your fine jewelry before bed, to avoid pieces tangling together or slipping off while you sleep. When storing your fine jewelry, separate the pieces so they do not rub against one another to prevent scratching on the metal or soft gemstones such as pearls. Necklaces should be clasped when stored to help prevent chain tangling.
How to clean your fine jewelry at home
Soak your jewelry in a mixture of plain dish soap (avoid anything with moisturizing elements) and warm water, or in an at-home jewelry cleaner after checking the label to make sure it is appropriate for use on your pieces. Upon removing, gently scrub the stones and under the settings with a soft bristled toothbrush. Rinse in clean water and dry. Soft gemstones such as pearls, opals, and emeralds should be given extra care, as they can be marred easily. Please read all instructions on your at-home jewelry cleaner to assess, and do not clean these types of stones with warm water and dish soap.
Shipping & Returns
Production Lead Time
In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. Made-to-order and out of stock items will ship within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Should you require a made-to-order or out of stock item to be expedited, please contact us and we will prioritize your order to the fullest extent we are able.
Bespoke bridal and other fine jewelry pieces generally does not exceed ten business days (two weeks) but if your piece is quite labor intensive or it seems as though your piece will need a little extra time, the specialist you work with will be sure to make you aware.
Ammrada is not liable for any delays incurred by our 3rd party shipping providers. Expected dates of delivery are based on estimated shipping provider delivery timelines.
Domestic Shipping
To ensure the best experience possible for our United States domestic clients, all domestic shipping fees are complimentary.
All shipments are sent via insured priority overnight delivery. Adult signature is required upon delivery. Our insurance coverage on the piece ceases once the package has been signed for. Ammrada is not liable for lost shipments once tracking has dictated the package has been delivered.
If we are shipping domestically to a hotel, transit insurance coverage ceases once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel’s reception. Ammrada is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages once the hotel accepts and signs.
Ammrada is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the client not being available to sign for the package upon arrival, or due to any technical issues within the shipping carrier, or due to any weather circumstances.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping
All international shipments incur a flat $200 shipping fee that will be added to your total balance at checkout.
Prices are shown in US Dollars, and we will charge your account in US Dollars. The bank that will send your wire transfer to us will determine the exchange rate.
We will ship any products ordered to the address provided to us at the time of order. All applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, handling fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, and the like, which may be due at the time of delivery, are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot provide you with an estimate of the cost as this varies from port to port around the world. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “Gift”, or submitted for shipping with altered prices. The responsibility is yours to check all fees with your country’s customs office.
International orders may require additional processing time prior to shipping out as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment depending on the destination. International orders may require additional transit time.
If for any reason an international shipment is seized by customs officials, Ammrada will not issue a refund for the order unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders transit through customs without any issue, and most orders that are stopped in customs are automatically shipped back to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations.
Easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.
Some of our partner brands may not be shipped to certain international destinations due to manufacturer restrictions.
If you are visiting the United States, we can ship any items such as these to your hotel. If we are shipping domestically to a hotel, transit insurance coverage on the package ceases once the package has been delivered and signed for by the hotel’s reception. Ammrada is not liable for any lost or misplaced packages once the hotel accepts and signs.
We rarely have issues with international shipments, but should a problematic situation arise with your order we will work hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible and will reach out to you with updates every step of the way.

Our Return Policy
Returns
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and highest quality jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Please refer to the below return policy in order to initiate your return.
- To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at hello@ammrada.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the return process.
- Returns: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be accepted on unused and unworn merchandise and shipped in its original packaging. Please note that all returned items are inspected and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our quality standards.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipments must be sent via a trackable shipping service and must have both insurance coverage and signature required. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our warehouse.
- The customer must use appropriate packaging methods to protect the jewelry.
- Return shipments must always be shipped in an unused, unopened (not resealed) box. Should the customer return ship in a resealed or reused box, Ammrada accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or disputed items, and the customer shall forfeit all rights to any dispute.
- Refund: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or design, please mention it in your return request. We will process the exchange subject to availability and will ship the new product within in 7 business days.
- Custom orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
- Sale Items: All sales are final for items purchased during a sale or with a discount code. Such items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Orders: Customs and all other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.
